Account Registration
Each player may hold only one (1) jk66 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or secondary accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jk66 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be closed and all bonus funds, pending bonuses, and free spins will be forfeited. Any winnings generated from bonus funds on a duplicate account may also be voided.
When registering your jk66 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number linked to your bKash or Nagad account. Deposits & Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the jk66 platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). jk66 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals made through supported payment channels. The following payment methods are currently accepted on jk66:

- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value ("same source withdrawal" policy).
- Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed identity verification will have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.
- jk66 reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad transaction history) to verify the source of deposited funds before processing a withdrawal.
- Deposits made in error by the player (e.g., a deposit made to the wrong account) cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to the jk66 account. Contact support@jk66.app immediately if you believe a deposit error has occurred.
- jk66 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and may result in account suspension.
Section 5
Bonuses & Promotions

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jk66 bonuses:
- All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x) will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.

- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute between 10% and 20%, and sports betting may have specific contribution rules. The exact contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
- jk66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice to affected players. Bonuses already claimed and in progress will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of claiming.

Section 6
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk66 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and all bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited. In serious cases, jk66 may also report the conduct to relevant authorities.
- Registering more than one jk66 account, whether under your own details or falsified personal information.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jk66's liability for death or personal injury caused by jk66's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Section 9
Account Closure & Termination
You may close your jk66 account at any time by contacting support@jk66.app with a written closure request from the email address registered to your account. Before closure is processed, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant game or market rules, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method, and any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited unless the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
jk66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in match-fixing.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under jk66's responsible gaming policy.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
- A legal or regulatory obligation requiring jk66 to close the account.
Upon permanent closure of an account by jk66 for a terms violation, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, the remaining real-money balance (less any applicable bonus balances) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 14 business days.
Section 10
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms in good faith through direct communication before resorting to formal dispute resolution processes.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the jk66 platform — including a disputed bet settlement, a payment processing issue, a bonus dispute, or any other matter — you should contact jk66 support at support@jk66.app in the first instance. jk66 aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. jk66 maintains an internal complaints escalation process. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first support level, you may request escalation to a senior compliance officer by clearly stating this in your follow-up email to support@jk66.app. Escalated complaints will receive a final written response within 28 business days.

Amendments to These Terms
jk66 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date on which the updated Terms are published on the jk66 platform. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — jk66 will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of the change via email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the platform.
